Title: Production Manager - Hiawatha
How long have you worked at Midland?
I have worked for Midland Hiawatha for 8 years. I was promoted to the Production Manager position in May of 2023.
What are your primary responsibilities day-to-day?
I over see the wetcast and precast production in the Rosetta and precast plants. I do maintenance and repairs as the plants need them, as well as daily inventory counts, raw material handling, and employee's daily schedules.
What’s your favorite part about working at Midland?
I feel over all the co-workers and managers make this a great place to work. Everything we do here changes on a daily basis which keeps things interesting and moving forward. I continue to learn new things and use that to make things better at the Hiawatha facility.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I like to travel with my wife Jenniffer and go antique shopping. I also do a lot with paranormal and haunted investigations and location history. I frisbee golf, go hiking, and spend a lot of time outdoors.
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be?
I would choose to have dinner with my wife Jenniffer. She has driven and pushed me to be the person I am today, without her I would not be where I am now.
