How long have you worked at Midland?
I have worked at Midland Concrete Products since August 2020.

What are your primary responsibilities day-to-day?
I help coordinate intra-company transfers and deliveries, cultivating and creating relationships with customers and making sure our customers are walking out of our door with the best quality products and experience.

What’s your favorite part about working at Midland?
I love the culture and the relationships I get to create with customers and colleagues. Every day is something new. Every day is a new opportunity for learning and growth. Plus, being able to checkout new technology and new products in our industry isn’t a bad perk either!

What’s one of the most memorable projects you’ve worked on while at Midland?
I was on a big commercial job site in Iowa City and we were pouring concrete for a big hotel that was being built. I was helping direct traffic and doing quality control testing. It was my first look at how our products are being used and engineered into design and how I could have an impact on our industry, whether big or small. It was a very cool feeling!

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be?
I would have dinner with Elton John or Stevie Nicks. Rock on!
